Wind Walker

Three women, three crises
Two worlds, two eras
One heritage, one fate

Wind Walker is a story of survival and inner strength of three women connected through time.

Raily is a teen in 1864. Half-Caucasian, half-Ojibwe, she is outcast from both worlds. When she witnesses a brutal murder and abduction, she must develop and master the out-of-body skills and courage to confront the murderer and rescue the hostage.

Aurelia is an elderly woman in the winter of 2024, living alone in rural Minnesota. When she breaks a hip, she confronts her greatest fears and frightening adversaries. Now she must find the courage, strength, and resources to survive.

Elaina is a nurse in 2024, driving through an Ojibwe reservation in the winter. When her car breaks down out of cell phone range, she must leave the safety of her car to seek help.

Mysterious forces drive these women together to find strength, purpose, and their intertwined destiny.

The last two words of the book are: "Ojibwe Strong."
